Thanksgiving Feast in a Box – Enjoy the Day Instead

I like having a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, but I’m not thrilled with having to cook all day for a sit down dinner that takes 45 minutes to eat. And then the clean up! I prefer to instead spend my time watching the traditional football game and playing games with the family. Is this you too?

There are plenty of options to instead have a pre-made meal ready to eat with no hassle.

In the past we’ve ordered our Thanksgiving meal from Whole Foods. Ordering is super simple and there’s no need to go to the store if you don’t want to.

First Browse the Thanksgiving menus and add your selections to your cart.
2. Choose a pickup window that’s convenient for you.
3. On the day of your reservation window, head in-store to pick up.

This year Whole Food Thanksgiving catering orders start 10/30. Meals Pick up times are available between 11/22 – 11/28. The sooner you order, the better pickup time choices you’ll have.

At Whole Foods, Prime members have the option to get it delivered, and not have to deal with the crowds.

Prime members also get Save an extra 10% off sale prices plus deals on seasonal groceries.

For non-Prime members, there is a 3-month signup special Offer to Get 3 months of Prime for just $7.49/month. After 3 months the regular monthly price of $14.99 starts. Also, don’t forget that if you have a college student between the ages of 18 – 24 in your household, or receive EBT/SNAP, you pay less for the monthly membership and have other discounts too.

The only downside is having to go pick it up at the store. But an alternative is to have the Thanksgiving Meal delivered.

I prefer not go to food shopping at all if I can help it. Gobble’s limited-edition Thanksgiving Box is a great alternative and is already available to pre-order. You have until Wednesday 11/20 at 11:59 pm PT to order either The Big Feast which Serves 4-6 People, or The Bigger Feast that also Serves 4-6 People + Leftovers.

Priced at For only $169.99 with Free Shipping for the smaller feast, and $189.99 for the option to have left overs is not a bad deal. I like that you don’t have to get a subscription. The entire meal is designed to be ready in 2½ to 3 hours, and helpful pre-prep instructions are included so customers can get a head start the night before.

You can also order up to 10 boxes which is nice if you’re expecting a lot of people. They also deliver to both residential and business addresses.

Just note that Gobble delivers in the US except AK, HI, MT, ND, and parts of NM.
